As a boutique operated with care and passion, we stand behind every item and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Please read the following return policy to understand the terms under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Money-Back Guarantee:
Our money-back guarantee is valid only if the product was damaged during shipping or arrived with missing parts. For hygiene reasons, items such as skin-tight clothing, underwear, and opened cosmetics/creams/oils are non-returnable.

Results Disclaimer:
Individual results may vary. While we strive to deliver high-quality products, outcomes may differ based on individual use. Please follow the instructions on the packaging for the best results.

Return Costs:
Elaine’s Boutique does not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


Return Eligibility

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • All original parts and packaging are included and intact.

  • The product is unused and undamaged due to misuse.

  • Hygiene-sensitive items have been thoroughly cleaned before being sent back.

  • Any defects are reported immediately upon delivery.

  • Return shipping is covered by the customer.

Note: We reserve the right to reject any return if the product appears used or is damaged for reasons not related to a manufacturing defect.


How to Initiate a Return

To begin your return, please:

  1. Email us at support@elainesboutique-capetown.co.za

  2. Include the following in your message:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo of the product (if damaged)

    • Full name and shipping address

We’ll then provide you with the correct return address. Do not return items to the sender's address, as this may cause delays. Wait for our confirmation before shipping your item.


Additional Notes

Uncollected Parcels:
If an item is not accepted or collected and is returned to our supplier, a R 300  fee will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

Refund Timeline:
Due to high return volumes, refunds may take up to 20 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Shipping Origin:
Our items ship from our international warehouse, so transit times may be longer than domestic parcels. If your item is already in transit, cancellation is not possible—please wait for delivery before requesting a return.


Cancellation and Refund Process

To cancel an order, please contact us promptly at support@elainesboutique-capetown.co.za. All returns must be sent to our central warehouse at your own expense. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return, excluding any shipping charges.
